I need wrist braces already.

So i've been knitting like a freak of nature. I barely stop when I'm not doing homework, and while I knit I watch awesome TV shows like Sons of Anarchy, Californication and, of course, Futurama. My Birthday was awesome. My mom, girlfriend and I went down to the shore and spent a week sleeping in a hammock. LOL i wish, it rained all week. But we still had fun because my mom got herself a Wii and we totally took that over and played all night long.

Ive started a tricked out Hufflepuff scarf that I hope I will have done for the Harry Potter Premier.

An old friend that i haven't talked to in forever contacted me today. She forgot i was a knitter as well, so we're going to have a party where we'll teach ourselves how to crochet, since neither of us know how and many knitting patterns call for crochet hooks. Also, I am good at increasing and decreasing, but bad at cables and she is the opposite. We cal knit together, catch up and probably learn some good things if we hang out soon.

I'm horrible.

So I know that i'm horrible. I haven't posted in forever and I actually don't have much to post. I don't have any other pictures of my past knitting projects, I don't have a picture of the dress i finished and I can't post pictures of the fathers day presents im making because A) they failed and B) my dad reads my blog.

Other than that i have nothing. I'm still attempting to learn how to sew. it's not working out to good, im about to rip apart all my old tee shirts that i don't wear anymore because getting my hands on fabric has been a bitch.

I'm working on a hufflepuff scarf of my own. I'm thinking of doing a new one for Justice because mine is gonna be kick ass, and hers is kinda lame, honestly. It's just stripes, meanwhile mine has a checkered pattern, a huge H on it and it will probably have my name on it. Anyway, that scarf is on hold for now.

Next topic: AnimeNEXT. Anext was freaking awesome. The hotel room was beautiful, i had a wondrous time with my friends. Ruby Tuesdays three days it a row, it was a dream come true. I do have a complaint though. Some asshole at the hotel charged my card instead of my mothers so now i'm overdue on my card, and it freaking sucks. But my mom is going to clear it up for me when she gets back from Denver. The woman at the front desk would not understand that charging my mothers card to hold the room and then charging my card for the room made so sense when i MADE SURE that my card would NOT be charged for the room. I asked three time. THREE TIMES to make sure that my card would not be charged. i want my fing money back.

Anyway. Why are beer cozy's so hard to make? I don't have the needles I need so of course my cozys are alllllll wrong. If i had the money i should have i would have the needles i need ><

New Plan!!!!! (need YOUR help)

So I've changed my mind. Instead of knitting my dress I will make my dress, however I will knit the veil. I'm planning on making EVERYTHING for the dress - even the tulle petticoat. However, I can not find the patterns I need for the kind of dress I want. Perhaps not exactly like the one to the right, after all I need a plus sized dress. Also, the longs sleeves would preferably be a jacket that does down the length of the dress (after all the wedding will be in the Winter [hint: December 5th, 2015]). So I don't particularly care about the neckline and the bodice, but I want a puffy full length princess dress. The dress is going to be Green and White, probably more green than white, and it won't be a dark green, more like a honeydew color.

SO what I need: insturctions on how to make full length 3-4 tier tulle petticoat.
instructions on how to make a full length princess skirt
preferably a pattern for an entire ball gown.

Reasons I need to make my own wedding dress: 1, it will be cheaper. I have a ton of tulle that I can make into a petticoat, it's blue but you won't be able to see it under the skirt since I'll use green at the bottom. 2. I have an awkward body. I'm five foot two and 180 pounds, I have huge boobs, a tiny waist and my hips and ass are gorgeous. I have a belly, but it's not that noticeable - two weeks of sit ups will help the belly. 3. it will take much less time. instead of taking two years to knit the perfect dress this one will only take about 5-6 maybe seven weekends. 4. I have enough time to learn how to sew, use my sewing machine and practice before I have to make the dress. This will allow me less stress to focus on school and take more classes to make sure that I can take maybe 5 classes a semester instead of 4 I can get out of community college within one year and then transfer to a four year school =D
